If one has a mildly sore achilles and one piece of advice is to use a heel pad (lift).. would that apply to only the affected side or to both shoes. I ask because it seems that if you raised only one side it might lead to another muscle strain if you created a gait imbalance..? thoughts? |

I would agree that you should them in both shoes. Watch your calves because of heel pads, they will need to extra attention. B |
