I wanted to pass this on to area runners that might be interested in coming out to support Diane Van Deren in her effort to run the Mountains-to-Sea-Trail, 1000 miles from the Smokies to Jockey's Ridge in less than 24 days. Locally the MST passes through Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock then continues east through Greensboro.
