The Holiday Party is quickly approaching, and I am in need of several volunteers for various duties on Saturday, December 4. For all of those that sign up for one OR MORE duties there is a reward: YOU GET IN FREE THAT NIGHT AT THE PARTY!!!!!! (A savings of $10). Here is a list of the things that I need you to volunteer for: 1) Donate any decorations for a table center-piece. We have 10 tables that need a crafty, original center-piece. We would like to have these on the table by 7pm on the night of the party. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 2) Meet Hauser Rental at the Vintage Theatre for Saturday morning delivery-tables and chairs. There will be 10 round tables and 80 chairs. Time: Approximately 10:30am. There will be someone there from the Vintage to let you in. Stay until tables and chairs are inside. Lock up. You will be given the key to the Vintage and must come back at 3pm that afternoon to let the set up crew into the Vintage. # of people: 1 1. Betsy Pearce 3) Table/keg crew. Take extra tables from Mistletoe race to Vintage. Pick up keg and ice from City Beverage. Scott Arnold has volunteered the use of his truck but I am sure he would love some help with these items. 1. Scott Arnold 2. 4) Set up crew. Need several to arrive at the Vintage at 3pm. Will need to set up tables/chairs, set up tables for caterer, put up decorations, ice kegs and wine, set out sodas. Let caterer in to set up, let DJ in to set up 1. Kylie Kavanaugh 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 5) Door crew. You will stand at the door and take $10 from each person that attends. EXCEPT for all of the VOLUNTEERS-they get in FREE! 7:00-7:30 7:30-8:00 8:00-8:30 8:30-9:00 9:00-9:30 9:30-10:00 6) Clean up crew. DJ will make an announcement for everyone to pitch in with the clean up. However, in the event that all of our attendees scoot out, I need several people to commit to helping with the clean up. Includes taking down all tables/chairs and leaving them against wall, throw away all paper products, etc, take garbage to dumpster, and make sure the Vintage is left in good order. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Okay, I thought I did this the other day, but maybe it didn't work. I will help take up money at the Holiday Party anytime after 8:00 p.m. and will also help clean up. Kathy Jacobs |
