| Hi, I am a newcomer to the area and was interested to know if you'll have any running groups for beginning runners. I ran with a club out of Durham two years ago that was for beginners, but haven't run since that time. Do you know of any slower groups in the area? Thanks, Winnie Reaves |

| You should check out the Penguins. They run Monday and Wednesday nights at 5:30 and Saturdays at 8:30. Pace 9-11 min miles |
