| Besides race maps, are there any online resources available that have running routes for those of us looking for some new scenery? Salem Lake is awesome - just wondering if there were other areas in town that were frioendly to logging some weekend miles. |

There are the Mon and Wed night groups at the Central Y. There is also a Greensboro Running Club that holds group runs at different locations around the Triad. The leader of that group is David Emery at dtemery@northstate.net. He can put you on his email list. There is a Kernersville Track Club (see their website). About an hour away is South Mountains State Park, which is a great place to run and a beautiful park. It has an 18-mile loop on a wide path. Moses Cone Park is also supposed to be a good spot. I've never been there. |

| There are some new course directions on the web site, we've set up a page just for route maps / descriptions. |
