| I am getting ready to move to Winston-Salem and wanted to start running with the Penguins. Just wanted to find out more about this group from someone already in it. I love running the half marathon and was interested in finding out if other Penguins train for this race. Thanks :satisfied: |

| Miriam, the Penguin group meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 across the street from the Central YMCA (at the entrance to the tennis courts parking lot). The group training varies....from 5k to the marathon. Someone is always training for something. Join us. We may not be the fastest runners in the club, but we do have fun! |
