Wednesday, 5:45pm, Y Parking Lot Bike Rack We are running a workout similar to the Michigan. Warmup 1 mile hard on track 1 1/2 mile tempo around the park 1200 hard on track 1 1/4 mile tempo aroung the park 800 hard on track mile tempo around the park 400 hard on track Cool down no recovery between track and tempo you only stop for the few seconds it takes to regroup the focus is on the track intervals |
