Miriam, the Penguin group meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 across the street from the Central YMCA (at the entrance to the tennis courts parking lot). The group training varies....from 5k to the marathon. Someone is always training for something. Join us. We may not be the fastest runners in the club, but we do have fun! |
