We were established in 1977 and became an incorporated nonprofit organization and a member of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and United States Track and Field (USATF).
This group is designed for the TRUE beginner. We will begin on Tuesday, July 14 at 5:45 from the Central Y, meet by the Tennis Courts parking lot. We will take a simple, progressive plan that begins with more walking than running, and gradually move up to more running than walking, but at a slow, relaxed CONVERSATIONAL pace.
