Road 5K starting and finishing at R. J. Reynolds High School on Hawthorne Road in Winston-Salem.  Start time 9:00 AM.  Benefitting traumatic brain injury prevention, treatment, and research.

Participants run in either the Dough category (run 1.5 miles, eat 6 doughnuts, run 1.6 miles) or the No Dough category (run/walk the course without eating any doughnuts).  Prizes to top 3 male and female finishers in Dough category and top 3 male and female by age groups in the No Dough category. T-shirts to all participants.
