Inserting a brochure or advertising in the TCTC Flyer is an economical way to reach the entire TCTC membership. Current TCTC membership exceeds 500 members. Please see submission forms and deadlines below.

Guidelines
- Ads can be purchased on a monthly basis and can run as long as the advertiser likes.
- Ads must be submitted via email in one of the following formats: PDF, TIF (min 300 dpi for each).
- We can create your ad at a rate of $50/hour as long as you can provide the necessary information including, but not limited to, event information, logos, pictures. Most ads can be created in one hour. Necessary information must be submitted at least five business days before the submission date listed below.

- Advertisements received after the deadline will not be accepted. Ads will be included on a first come, first serve basis and availability cannot be guaranteed.

- Please complete the attached Advertising and Brochure Insert Form and submit along with your ad to flyer@twincitytc.org by the submission deadline.
Brochure Inserts
- Brochures must be folded 5.5” x 8.5” to fit inside flyer.
- Recommend including your brochure at least two months prior to your event.
- Coordinate production quantities and delivery of your brochures with the Flyer Editor by the submission deadline (flyer@twincity.org).
