A nice lap around the lake or through Tanglewood park followed by a plethora of great breakfast foods including gourmet coffee, bagels, fresh fruit, and the all important etc. A lap around Salem Lake is roughly 7 miles, the run at through the park is 5-7 miles. People of all abilities are welcome to participate.

How To Reach Salem Lake

From Business I-40 at Winston-Salem., exit onto Highway 52 south. Take the first exit (Stadium Drive), turn left (uphill) to traffic light at Martin Luther King Blvd. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Blvd., then left onto Reynolda Park Road. Salem Lake Road is approximately 1 1/2 miles on left. Business I-40 splits off I-40 just west of Winston-Salem at the west and just west of the Piedmont Triad Airport to the east.

How To Reach Tanglewood

From Winston-Salem take I-40 West to Exit 182. Take left on Harper Road; at light, take right onto Hwy. 158.  Tanglewood Park is 1/10 of a mile on the left. Note:  There are signs for Tanglewood Park posted after exiting the interstate.
