Sunday Morning Biscuit Runs - 8:00 am Central YMCA. Four to six sociable miles with groups at your pace. Breakfast after.

Monday Fat burners - 5:30 p.m. Central YMCA. Eight to ten miles, with the main group at 7-8 minute pace.

Wednesdays - 5:45 p.m., Intervals at Hanes Park track or hill loops at Central YMCA.

Monday & Wednesday Penguin Group - 9:00 to 10:00 minute miles at various distances. 5:30 p.m. Hanes Park tennis court parking lot. Saturday mornings as arranged, contact Angi Hunnicutt (336) 659-0502 evenings or (336) 732-6598 days.
